What does it cost to list? +
Listing is free. We charge a small commission only when a booking is confirmed through the platform. No setup fees, no monthly subscription, no penalties for direct bookings made outside sleep&eat.
Can I still take direct bookings? +
Yes, always. We never penalise hosts for taking bookings directly — by email, phone, or repeat guests. sleep&eat is a channel for finding new guests, not a lock-in.
What types of property can I list? +
Bed & breakfasts, holiday homes, guesthouses, farm stays, self-catering cottages, and unusual or unique properties. If you host people and care about the experience, you qualify.
How do I set pricing? +
You set your own prices. We don't impose dynamic pricing, minimum or maximum rates, or discount pressure. Your property, your terms.
What if a guest causes a problem? +
Because guests contact you before booking, you have the chance to ask questions and make a judgement call. You can decline bookings that don't feel right. We support hosts who report genuine problems.
Is there a minimum commitment? +
No. You can pause or remove your listing at any time. We don't lock you in.
